1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any template or service from Designer Sauce, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our products.

2. Definitions

  • “Products”: Framer templates, components, design assets.
  • “Services”: Customization, support, and consultation provided by us.
  • “User”, “you”, “your”: Anyone accessing, using, or purchasing our Products or Services.

3. License & Use Rights

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for a single personal or client project. 
  • You may modify or customize it for your use—but resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or creating derivative templates for resale is prohibited. 

4. Ownership & IP

All intellectual property rights remain with Designer Sauce (or licensors). You may not claim exclusive ownership or breach copyright by distributing or credit removal. 

5. Updates & Compatibility

  • Templates are compatible with the current version of Framer at purchase.
  • Updates may be provided at our discretion; no guarantee of future compatibility. 

6. Support

  • Basic email support available for 30 days post-purchase (setup & bug fixes). 
  • Extended or custom support is available at additional cost.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales final once the template is accessed or downloaded. 
  • Exceptions only for legal requirements or major defects—please contact us to resolve issues.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates and services are provided “as-is” without warranties. We disclaim responsibility for incompatibility, errors, downtime, or promises unachieved. 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss). 

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend your access or terminate license if you breach terms (e.g., unauthorized sharing/reselling). 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Europe, USA & Australia. Disputes will be resolved in your local courts.
